鈦(tai)是一種(zhong)易(yi)鈍(dun)化(hua)金(jin)屬(shu),在(zai)大氣、多數的酸(suan)(suan)性(xing)(xing)水溶液(含氟的酸(suan)(suan)例外(wai))中(zhong),鈦(tai)的表(biao)面(mian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)易(yi)生成(cheng)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不(bu)良(liang)(liang)的氧化(hua)膜,增加了鈦(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)表(biao)面(mian)的接(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,接(jie)觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻的存在(zai)不(bu)僅額外(wai)增加了能(neng)耗、降低陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)使用壽命(ming),也改變了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解槽(cao)槽(cao)壓(ya)的可控性(xing)(xing),也改變了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)反應(ying)的種(zhong)類(lei)。因此,在(zai)鈦(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)產品的生產過程中(zhong),均需要在(zai)鈦(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)鍍覆一層(ceng)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)良(liang)(liang)好、不(bu)易(yi)鈍(dun)化(hua)的金(jin)屬(shu)表(biao)面(mian)層(ceng)形成(cheng)了各(ge)類(lei)不(bu)溶性(xing)(xing)鈦(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)。
鈦陽極制備工藝:鈦基體加工定型(鈦材加工成型鈦基體)→鈦基體的表面處理(為了增加基體的有效面積,增強涂層與鈦基體的結合力,通常用10%~15%堿或衣粉煮沸去油,然后用10%~15%的草酸煮沸刻蝕)→涂敷與燒制(根據不同用途要求,將Ru,Ir,Sn,Ti,Pd,Ta,Co,Ni等的鹵化物按不同比例配成醇的溶液→涂敷→烘干→氧化燒制,并反復多次制成所需的鈦陽極)→質量檢驗→出廠。
